Shopping at Cartes is easy: Once you have found a product you like, choose your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page. You can add or remove any items before checking out. Click on 'PROCEED TO CHECK OUT' to complete your order.

In case of a customized order, select the product you would like, add in your measurements in the open form available with the product details and leave any notes you require. Submit the order and proceed to checkout.

For any items where you would like to customize the product to reduce the handwork or change the style, please raise an inquiry with all details and you will receive an email with a shopping cart link which will give you the new product price for this. You can then proceed to checkout to complete your order. Or you can call us and we can discuss and finalize prices. 

You can shop without creating an account. However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits.

Creating an account is very simple. Simply click the sign up button and fill in a small form with all your particulars. Please note that fields accompanied with an asterisk (*) are mandatory to fill out.

Once you have created an account, you can simply log on to the site & ‘sign in’.

You can edit the details you have provided to us while making the account by clicking on the ‘My Account’ tab. You can change your billing and shipping address, phone number and other important information on the site in a similar manner.

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy in full.

To reset your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page.

Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

We don't have any exchange policy or return policy in normal circumstances. In the rare case that a faulty, damaged or incomplete item was delivered to you, you can contact our customer service.

Customers can exchange their order for a different product or avail the option of Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs), in case they wish to return a product.

We do not offer any refunds. We do, however, give online store credit of equal value, which you can use to shop for something else at a later date.

Please not that this is only applicable if you return the item within 7 days and it is not inclusive of shipping costs.

Online payment based orders can only be cancelled within 24 hrs once placed. Please note that, we'll be unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.
