There are no cancellations.
All orders placed on the website will be processed once you complete the checkout process.
However, we’ll do our best to accommodate you if you need to make changes. Please contact customer service within 24 hours of your order. All sales are final, no return, exchange, price adjustments or cancellations are possible therefore we request you to be extremely careful in deciding your size. We are more than welcome to assist you to determine your size so please do get in touch with our customer service in case you need any assistance.
Shipping:
We ship worldwide. You can track your shipments via DHL and we will ensure your product reaches you safely.
For Delivery within Pakistan:
All deliveries in Pakistan are cost PKR 300/KG. We use TCS courier services to ensure your product reaches you safe and sound.
For International Deliveries:
Rates of delivery vary with destination. The estimated cost of shipping will be calculated at the time of the shipping process and will be added in your bill. We are not responsible for any import duties that you might incur at the port of entry.
In case special packaging instructions need to be given kindly send us an email with your order details.
Cancellation:
All orders can be cancelled with 24 hrs of order placement.
